On Wednesday afternoon, November 6, we are organising the Villa Jongerius Conference in Utrecht again. The annual event about working in science in the Netherlands. We share trends and best practices with the members of the AcademicTransfer cooperative.
The theme this year is a transitional labor market for researchers. How do we get scientific talent in the best place? Many (young) researchers are insufficiently aware of their qualities and opportunities outside academia. Meanwhile, other labor market sectors are eager for scientific talent. How do we bring these parties together, and how can we break down the barriers between sectors?
