How to post a job?
Your job postings are automatically placed on AcademicTransfer via an integration with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS). It is also possible to create a job posting directly in AcademicTransfer’s system.
When the closing date has passed, we remove the application button, add a notification that the job is expired and we redirect our visitors to the current available jobs.
Your audience reach
We will target your audience via:
- Email- & document alert: candidates in your field will be notified about your job by email. On average, we send 40.000 personalised alerts per week.
- Euraxess: we will forward all English jobs for scientific staff to this European platform for researchers and scientists.
- X (Twitter): for every posted job, we send at least one post via @academictrnsfr.
How is your job performing?
You can view the job statistics directly online. When you log in with your account and navigate to your vacancy, you will see a graph under ‘Statistics’, showing the number of visitors, the intention to apply, and the number of applications.
