AcademicTransfer ensures that your job opening is also visible internationally via EURAXESS.
We use automatic classification for research disciplines, and we can also forward project information if your job opening has been created (partly) with EU funding.
For this, we need your help: please add the correct project details to the vacancy text (see below for how to do this easily).
The result: jobs that are easier to find and receive more international attention for your research position.
Together we ensure maximum international visibility!
Ask your HR department to add the project information to your vacancy text in the following standardized way (if you cannot manage it yourself). This allows us to provide EURAXESS with the correct information.
'#EUfunded This is an EU funded project, named #project name, with project number #project number, within program #program name'.
For example: #EUfunded This is an EU funded project, named NETWORKS, with project number 101034253, within program H2020 / Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND.
Important: select one of the programs from the list below to indicate the correct EU funding programme.
Let us know once you have added this information via support@academictransfer.nl.
Use the exact name of the programme when entering the vacancy, as listed below:
* for MSCA/Marie Curie projects a project number is mandatory.
AcademicTransfer uses AI to automatically classify academic vacancies based on the specific research fields of EURAXESS.
We thoroughly analyze vacancy texts to identify and classify the main research field (around 40 in total) as well as the sub-disciplines. In addition, we take into account the required and desired skills, and the core research task or objective of the position.
This has transformed the previous suboptimal mapping of 9 scientific disciplines on AcademicTransfer to 40 main research fields on EURAXESS into a one-to-one match. As a result, vacancies are described more precisely, are easier to find, and gain greater international visibility.
